We process traveller identity details, contact information, nationality, pickup location, transaction details, payment proof, and operational trip evidence required to provide the service.

Why we use it

Data is used for reservations, area tickets, driver and vendor coordination, payment, refunds, customer support, abuse prevention, and business record-keeping.

Data sharing

The minimum relevant data may be shared with authorised administrators, drivers, vehicle owners, add-on vendors, notification providers, and area authorities where required to deliver the trip.

Security and retention

Payment evidence is kept in private storage and is accessible only to authorised staff. Data is retained as necessary for service delivery, disputes, and legal obligations.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics with consent controls to measure visits and booking progress. Analytics storage is enabled only after permission is granted, while advertising storage remains disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, identity numbers, precise coordinates, booking codes, or recovery tokens to analytics.
