Booking and schedule
Before confirming, customers must check the trip date, required ready time, pickup window, location, vehicle, participants, and extras. A sunrise trip may require being ready late at night on the day before the selected trip date.
Payment
A manual bank transfer is accepted only after payment evidence has been verified. The evidence and amount must match the booking total before the payment deadline.
Operational changes
The selected vehicle becomes a commitment after payment. If a mechanical or safety issue occurs, a replacement will be an equivalent or better vehicle and the customer will be informed.
Cancellation and refund
The refund amount follows the policy displayed and accepted during checkout. A refund is complete after the funds have been transferred and the transfer reference recorded.
Safety and force majeure
Customers must follow driver and area-authority safety directions. Weather, area closure, disaster, or authority decisions may require route and schedule adjustments.
